Hertz High-Pressure Tank Cleaning Rotating Nozzles are 3D-rotating hydraulically-driven spray heads that deliver full 360°×180° internal surface coverage from a single fixed insertion point — enabling complete tank interior cleaning without personnel entry. The hydraulic turbine drive rotates the nozzle in two axes simultaneously using the energy of the pressurized water jet itself, requiring no external electrical or pneumatic drive connection. This self-contained rotation mechanism enables tank cleaning in ATEX-classified environments (fuel tanks, chemical tanks, crude oil tanks) where no ignition sources are permissible. The high-pressure water jets dislodge and flush away sediment, product residue, scale, and biofilm from all internal surfaces including corners, baffles, and structural members. Tank cleaning with rotating HP nozzles achieves thorough internal cleaning of cargo tanks, fuel oil tanks, ballast tanks, and process vessels aboard vessels at Batam shipyards (Marco Polo, PaxOcean) and in petrochemical tank farm operations across Kepulauan Riau without personnel confined space entry — eliminating the major safety risk associated with manual tank cleaning.
