Hertz API 610-compliant pumps meet the most stringent international petrochemical and refinery pump specification standard, ensuring dimensional interchangeability, bearing life, mechanical seal design, and materials specifications that satisfy the reliability demands of continuous unattended operation in hydrocarbon processing and offshore oil production environments. API 610 OH2 (overhung) and BB2 (between-bearings) configurations are available for crude oil transfer, produced water injection, pipeline booster service, and high-temperature process fluid handling in the Riau Islands’ growing oil and gas support service sector. The heavy-duty bearing housing with minimum L10 bearing life of 25,000 hours and API 682 mechanical seal system ensure multi-year continuous run between planned maintenance shutdowns.
