Hertz-Air Air Dryers remove moisture from compressed air downstream of the compressor — a critical step to prevent corrosion in pneumatic tools, instrument air systems, air-operated valves, and spray painting equipment. Refrigerated dryers cool the compressed air to +3°C pressure dew point, condensing and draining bulk moisture and achieving ISO 8573-1 Class 4 air quality suitable for general industrial and shipyard tool use. Desiccant dryers achieve -40°C PDP for ultra-dry air required by precision instrumentation, automated painting robots, and pharmaceutical/food processing pneumatic systems where any moisture would cause product contamination or instrument freeze-up. In Batam’s tropical high-humidity climate, an air dryer is not optional for any compressed air system driving precision pneumatic equipment — condensation in undryed compressed air lines causes rust, valve corrosion, and tool failure within months of installation.
