Hertz-Air Piston Air Compressors are reciprocating positive-displacement compressors delivering compressed air at working pressures from standard workshop pressure (8–10 bar) up to 30 bar for specialized breathing air and high-pressure applications. The piston-and-cylinder thermodynamic compression cycle generates reliable, dry-ish compressed air for power tools, pneumatic systems, paint spraying, and instrument air supply. Single-stage models serve general workshop and light-duty tool use; two-stage intercooled models achieve higher pressure output at improved thermal efficiency for continuous industrial duty. The 30-bar high-pressure models serve critical applications including SCUBA cylinder filling and fire safety breathing air at Batam shipyards and offshore support bases across Kepulauan Riau.
