Hertz High Pressure Pump Units are heavy-duty, skid-mounted ultra-high pressure water systems designed for permanent or semi-permanent installation at shipyard cleaning stations, industrial cleaning bays, and offshore platform maintenance bases. Unlike portable trolley units, the skid-mounted pump unit provides a central high-pressure water source that distributes HP water to multiple hose reel stations throughout the facility — enabling multiple cleaning operators to work simultaneously from a single high-capacity pump. This centralized architecture reduces total capital equipment investment versus multiple individual HP cleaners, and allows the use of lighter, more manoeuvrable hose assemblies at the point of use since operators handle only hoses and lances rather than carrying the pump unit. At Batam’s Marco Polo Shipyard and PaxOcean facilities, centralized HP pump units installed in fixed cleaning stations dramatically improve cleaning throughput during vessel dry-docking maintenance cycles.
